Welcome to my blog. I am hoping to be able to create some biographical sketches on men and women in Walla Walla County in the Washington Territorial period. This runs from 1854 until 1889.
There are many fascinating individuals who helped to shape the City of Walla Walla and the surrounding area; An area at one time that included all of Washington Territory east of the Cascades, including Idaho and western Montana.
I hope that you will be able to learn about some of the people that helped define not only Walla Walla, but also the frontier spirit.
